Agreement Details
1. License Grant
Carolina Lumper Service grants the End User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CLS Operations software, solely for personal or business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Software for any purpose is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the Software's source code is prohibited.
- Renting, leasing, or sublicensing the Software to third parties is not allowed.
- Use of the Software must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Ownership
The Software and all rights, including intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Carolina Lumper Service. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Carolina Lumper Service may terminate the Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Lumper Service shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
