How we handle data in AppSheet, Google Apps Script, and other system integrations.
Scope
This policy covers data processed by AppSheet apps, Google Apps Script automations, and backend system integrations used by Carolina Lumper Service.

Data Handling
- Data is used only for operational purposes, including time tracking, payroll processing, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel and system administrators.
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to operate approved integrations.
Integrations
CLS may process operational data through trusted platforms such as Google Workspace, AppSheet, Google Apps Script, and accounting or reporting tools required for business operations.
Security Controls
We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and administrative safeguards to protect system data and reduce unauthorized access risk.
