Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Our analytics events may include page views and details such as page URL, page title, referring page, form type after a successful submission, and phone-link click information. The website's GA4 event code does not include the values entered into form fields in those event payloads. Some GA4 lead events may also be imported into our Google Ads account for conversion reporting.
To understand how people find us, this website also remembers a general traffic source label, such as search, advertising, or a referring site, for the current browser session. It is stored only in session storage, is cleared when you close your browser, and does not include advertising click identifiers, the values entered into form fields, or personal details. This label may be attached to a service request you submit so we can see which channels generate inquiries. You can turn it off at any time using Privacy choices in the website footer.
OpenAI Ads measurement is on by default where the feature is enabled, and you can turn it off at any time using Privacy choices in the website footer. When it is on, the OpenAI measurement pixel may receive an event when a service request or job application is successfully submitted, or when a phone, text, or email link is clicked. After a successful form submission, our server may also send OpenAI the same lead event with a matching event identifier so duplicate browser and server events can be recognized. The values entered into form fields are not included in these events. Turning it off stops both forms of OpenAI measurement and does not disable Google Analytics.
