Tesla Transportation contacted CLS after its driver was held at a Charlotte receiver with shifted freight requiring correction. Photos were reviewed before dispatch, crew availability was confirmed 11 minutes after the initial inquiry, and CLS mobilized once the customer authorized the job.

Scope: Four pallets were fully restacked, three additional pallets were repositioned and rewrapped, and the remaining freight was inspected and left intact because it did not require correction.

Site conditions: The receiver had limited forklift availability, so CLS adapted the rework sequence as the facility unloaded the trailer.

Documented result: This specific recovery was completed 2 hours 30 minutes after customer authorization. Response and completion times vary by crew availability, travel, facility access, forklift availability, dock conditions, and job scope.
